General Idea

I think this song is about this boy who wants to tell a girl how he feels but is too scared of rejection or what she’ll say to do it in person and wants to write her a letter so if he says something stupid he can get it just right. He likes this girl so much he doesn’t want to mess anything up.

Quote Inference

When it says "black and white and red". I think it's meaning like the black ink that he's writing with and the white paper he's writing on and then the red is like a metaphor saying he's signing his name with the blood from his heart.

"I feel like im drowning in ice water". He's numb and he hates that he can't just express to her how he feels and he feels like his life is nothing without her and just wants her to feel the same way.

"Im frozen with this fear, That you may disappear, Before i've given you the truth." He's scared that if he doesn't tell her how he feels fast she'll be gone and he won't have the chance to tell her ever again.

"I've always dreamed about this moment, And now it's here and i turn to stone". He's saying that he's been waiting for this day for so long where he can finally just be upfront with her and tell her but he's scared and doesn't know what to say to her.

"As i look in your eyes, My head is ready to explode". It's like he wants to tell her so many things but he can't figure out how he wants to say it or if it will sound weird outloud. He's just wanting to say the right thing and not mess things up.

I think for me my name is most important about me. Looks can change, Style can change, Your hair, even the color of your eyes. Now days you can pretty much change anything about you. But everyone will remember you by your name. When someone says my name i want something to follow it. I want them to think of the positives about me, Not the negatives. My name is what i stand for. For me, Everyone will remember me as Bryanna. Along with that i hope they think that im nice, happy, positive, outgoing, smart and fun to be around. Crucible Character List

 I think Betty White would be a great actress for Goody Rebecca Nurse. She seems like she could care for and have a lot of children and grandchildren. She seems very caring and knows a lot about children and their phases.

Dakota Fanning would be a great Mary Warren. She seems like she can make others believe her lies. She seems deceptive, misleading and very attention hungry.

 Dennis Quaid would make a great Reverend John Hale. He seems like the type of guy who can make others believe him and put on a story.











Gerald Butler is who i would cast for John Proctor. He's a guy that a lot of girls like and he seems like he can be a guy who seems like he doesn't really care about things when he really does care.

 I think Heather Graham would make a great Goody Ann Putnam. She seems like she can be very nice and trusty when really she's the town gossip and very mad because of losing 7 children.

 Hugh Jackman would make an amazing Thomas Putnam. He could very well be a rich farmer with a stuck up wife and he gets pushed around and just puts up with it.

 I would like to cast Jodie Foster as Goody Elizabeth Proctor. She seems very self-righteous and is always right.












Margaret Avery would be a great Tituba. She looks the act and everything. She seems like she could be someone to lie and act like something is not true.

 Rachel McAdams would be perfect as Abigail Williams. She seems very flirtatious and can get her way. She seems two faced and cares how people sees her but not enough to act differently. She likes lying and turning other people on others.

I think Steve Martin would be great for Reverend Samuel Parris. He seems like a great family guy but when it really comes down to it he only cares about his status and his reputation and his job.
